Print Prepaid Label
Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided to ensure your return is tracked and insured.
Pack Your Items
Place the eyewear in its original case and packaging, including all accessories and certificates of authenticity, to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
